Our Vision

Children matter.

STAHY or St. Augustine Homeless Youth is an after school program for local, at-risk, and homeless youth. Our mission is to empower students to Trust, Dwell, and Enjoy through creative interactions, positive council, and memory-making events.

Our programing ensures a safe space for children that might not otherwise have one in the hours after school and through out the summer while their parents or supervisors are working. We also ensure that every student that participates in STAHY has a roof over their head nightly as well as food in their bellies.

Each day we provide lunch, tutoring, classes (ukulele, carpentry, drawing, basketball, dance, choir, jewelry making, swimming, photography, embroidery, and so much more) as well as and council to each of our students between he ages of 4 and 17. Meet our current students in need of sponsorship today at www.stahy.com/our-students

After multiple years of success and incredible results in the lives of the families involved in a program called Psalm 37:3 in LA, this incredible program caught the attention of Sarah Peebles.

She has partnered with Psalm 37:3 and the Homeless Coalition here in Saint Augustine to bring after school programs here to Saint Augustine in the form of StAHY - St. Augustine Homeless Youth.

The program currently offered in the Saint Augustine Region is called STAHY. Be sure to like and share our social media and raise awareness about the homelessness in Saint Augustine. If you would like to help or get involved, be sure to contact us or head on over to our donate page for multiple ways to contribute to the lives of these incredible kids!
